Why was PSYCO829/Airman 829 IP BANNED?

If you can't say here, please PM me why. He was given no reason for his IP PERM BAN and has said that the information may be given to me and sent to him or posted in this thread.

Creating multiple accounts to avoid a ban is grounds for permanent IP banning.
That's one of the things the mods make really clear.
