Wierd thing for my country

We here have unlimited format only, and on the Worlds there is modified, so if i won the qualifications in my country and went to the worlds i'd have to make a whole new deck? I have the Rayquaza Rapid Recharge deck listed in deck help, so i'd have to have all the new trainers and so on, please help!

That is correct. The main events at World Championship (grinder and the actuall tournament) require a deck that is for the Modified Tournament. Its really nothing to worry about. There are lots of possibilities for a deck in Modified format.

If the cards are not sold where you live there are several places to buy cards online.

Also, you don't need english language cards.
