He didn't. He's slow, but not that slow. The list on Troll and Toad is only 58 cards.

Not sure if this means that the deck was actually printed at 58 cards, or if the list on the website is just messed up.
 
Just picked up 'The Truth' and immediately placed the Tropical Beach in my Black Star collection, Great packaging, excellent booklet. Definitely worth the $!

That would be a resounding "NO" on both counts. It constantly amazes that people on this web site will just toss random insults at people they know nothing about without any consideration or concern for that person. Think before you write.

So are the deck boxes in the set the same crappy cardboard ones that you can't put sleeved cards in, or are they actually usable?
 
Ran a Prerelease in Newnan GA yesterday and the card shop had the Worlds decks for sale. So it looks like the distributors are starting to get them and ship them to the hobby shops.
