impossible.i doubt travel costs for european players to hawaii vs travel costs for usa players to europe would be the reason.also,europe has something called European Union which could probably finance at least a part of the world champiosnhip if the organizers would be interested in hosting worlds in europe.

Guys I've been on staff at worlds this whole week and I just got confirmation that I can announce where worlds is going to be...Birmingham,Alabama. Now everyone can stop speculating and start getting excited for our Tree Theme, there will be sudowoodo,deerlings,and Pikachu wearing a john deere hat riding in a pick up truck.

You kind of need to give a logical reason to back that up. Well, as a long time player sometimes I do space out on recent information; player trips from North America used to be the most numerous. Since they were more numerous, it meant that paying an expensive amount for fewer players (since wherever you have it, it is only "close" for the locals) was naturally better than paying an expensive amount for more numerous players (the North American player base).
You state your "humble opinion" as fact, then you call for a government agency to help pay for a trading card game tournament of a commercial company?

i did say "could" as you might have observed.Also,as World championship like this increases guest revenue and tourist visit it might be on the same page as various sport events,cultural events,promotions and those are indeed partially financed by the EU.

I'd imagine that maintaining the game state would be pretty difficult in 0g.
Have you ever been in 0g? You can play in mid air. Worst part is if you fart it stays with you.
