ok i dnt know where to go for this but iam confused about the last chance Qualifier for worlds does that mean if i got a paid invite to go to worlds i can loose the paid invite???

It's simple:

If you won a paid invite to worlds, DO NOT play in the grinder.

The Grinder is a tournament for those that did not get invites to try and get in and take any remaining spots that people with invites do not fill. You have your invite, so you do not need to play in the Grinder.
