Would Dodrio's effect stack?

Dodrio's pokebody reads "As long as Dodrio is on your bench, your active pokemon's retreat cost is two colorless less."If I were two get two Dodrio sitting on my bench would the cost be 4 less?

When catcher first came out I built straight magnezone with 3-3 dodrio.
