I wish I lurked the gym as much as you guys do so I could get in the first Wristplay comment, lol. A few days late is better than never I guess. I'm already working on my wristplays for nats!

But I think that, personally, I would forget to read my wrist just as often as I would forget to Telepass.
Like forgetting why that string is tied to the finger

I don't think POP Touranment Rules: 10. Note Taking.applies to this question since that section only addresses the conduct of note taking during a game. We're looking for rules about things written on cards before/after a game. The section dealing with autographed cards is more appropriate since it deals with writing placed on the card outside of a game/tournament:

POP Tournament Rules said:
14.1.10. Autographed Cards
Autographed cards may be used under the condition that the autograph
does not obscure any game text on the card. In the event that game text is obscured, the player may use the card as long as he or she has a nonautographed version of the card outside of his or her deck for reference, or the page of the Pokémon TCG Card-Dex with that card’s text.
Cards with a significant portion of their information obscured may be
disallowed at the Head Judge’s discretion.
Players who intentionally deface their cards with inappropriate images or
sayings are subject to the Unsporting Conduct section of the POP Penalty
Guidelines.

The section even addresses writing/drawing that is not an actual "autograph". The only thing to hammer out is "would writing 'remember to Telepass' be considered inappropriate?" Since inappropriate is most likely being used to indicate vulgarity, I don't think you could call it inappropriate.
