In fact I recently big a huge lot, and got about 26 new ones. And a bunch of doubles. So I really don't need anymore.
As of right now, after my recent purchase. I'm really only looking for these ones off your list.

And as for Values, I usually go by averages on eBay, but I'm not too terribly strict with that. I'd say I'm pretty flexible.

Pretty much just what's on my list for the newer stuff.
Vending cards lately seem to sell for a around $2 each, mostly a little less. Not bad for "commons/uncommons" though.
However, like anything, particular ones go for a bit more, the starters get, consistently, well over $3 each, Extra Rules about $5-10, and the Mewtwos often get close the $10 mark themselves, or even pass it. That's about all I know. It's really hard to evaluate the individual cards, because eBay never has all of them listed at any given time. And sites like Troll and Toad seem avoid them altogether.
So I'd say I value the lot I'm interested in at about 2 dollars each, US.
That said I guess my opening offer would look something like
