My question is if you have a yanmega active and a yanmega benched can you speed boost to the benched yanmega? THNX

No. Anytime that a Pokemon's attack or Body/Power talks about itself by using its own name, it is only talking about itself.
For it to be referring to other Pokemon with the same name, it would make that clear by talking about "all" or "every".
