'"You can't use more than one X Poke-Power each turn" vs. Power Spray

Ok, just a clarificaiton here: Let's just say Person A has 2 Gardevoirs in play. The first one uses Telepass, but gets Power Sprayed. Can the second Gardevoir use Telepass or not? Telepass says "You can't use more than one Telepass Poke-Power each turn" and i wondered if a power sprayed one would still count. Thanks.

Power Spray says that the Power still counts as having been used, so you would not be able to Telepass with the other one.
