I have deleted your rule #1. Per gym rules lowest refs send first no matter what is being traded.

I'm willing to do that however I dunno if I can find the time to enter in 160 codes. is it ok if I either scan them or send them physically? however, I would be more motivated to do it if it was bulk.

those rules seem dated and arbitrary, and take into no consideration the introduction of virtual codes which can be quickly emailed and verified. I have made plenty of trades on the gym in the past where higher refs have sent first so those rules seem to be lax on enforcement.

i have kyurems now..no need for them. Luxray is gone but Leafeons are 40 a piece.

I reduced the amount of primes and FA I wanted, which is why my counter had significantly fewer codes. I'd do the bulk, the following primes, Lv. X's, and FA cards for 530 codes:
Primes:
2x Tyranitar 30
Espeon 10
FA:
2x Zekrom 36
1x Tornadus 13
2x Reshiram 36
Specials:
2x Gengar Lv X 25
2x Leafeon Lv X 80
Edit: And if it's under 3,500 cards it shouldn't cost more than $12.10 to ship (cost of Priority Mail® Medium Flat Rate Box + Delivery Confirmation™).
