I have begin to think about the new rotation, and I am assuming XY-on. I wanted to focus on M Manectric because I think it a very powerful card. The basic strategy is too get M Manectric or Seismitoad at beginning, use Battle Compressor to discard energy if needed, and power up Yveltal for late game domination. Thoughts?

2 Manectric EX
2 M Manectric EX
1 Seismitoad EX
2 Yveltal (XY)
Total Pokemon-10

Trainers
4 Professor Sycamore
3 Professor Birch Ob.
1 Shauna
2 Lysandre
3 Ultra Ball
2 Battle Compressor
3 Enhanced Hammer
2 Switch
2 Startling Megaphone
1 Tool Retriever
3 Muscle Band
3 Manectric Spirit Link
2 Shadow Circle
3 VS Seeker
3 Head Ringer
Total Trainer-37

Energy
5 Lighting
6 Dark
3 DCE
Total Energy-13

Personally, I prefer just running Manectric EX vs. its Mega. With the ability to attach a Head Ringer onto my opponent's Poké and then Assault Laser it has been much more useful than M Manectric EX's Turbo Bolt. Secondly, I can just use Yveltal for energy acceleration too. Thirdly, if you're Item-locked, M Manectric EX may not be able to get into play when needed.

So, I'd suggest the following changes for your consideration:

-2 M Manectric EX - not really needed
-1 Ultra Ball - 2 are sufficient, IMO
-1 Battle Compressor - 1 is sufficient, IMO
-3 MS Link - not really needed
-1 Tool Retriever or Startling Megaphone - excessive, IMO

+2 Seismitoad EX - still your best starting Poké, IMO
+1 Pokémon Fan Club - to help get your bench setup should you be Item-locked
+2 Repeat Ball - to help get your bench setup faster
+2 Weakness Policy - lots of Raichus being played; so, your Yveltal EXs will need added protection
+1 DCE - should be maxed out, IMO

I hope you find these comments helpful.

Definitely some good points. Raichu is becoming more and more popular so I agree. I most likely will try out both of these ideas. Thanks!!
