Ok so I have just come back to Pokemon after quitting yu-gi-oh due to the costs of playing that card game became massive. I have been looking around the forums a lot recently and this is what I have decided to start running.

As you can see, it is just a regular Zekrom/Eel deck. Use Eelektrik to power up bench and then hit hard with Mewtwo EX and Zekrom EX.

I have been tossing up between Thundurus and Tornadus after seeing comments made on other similar decks. I have decided on Thundurus just because of Charge which searches my deck for those energy cards. Also discarding an Energy isn't that bad thanks to Elektrik.

I haven't been able to test out the deck yet though as the cards haven't arrived. Thanks for any ideas and comments you make.

I would take out the Cleffa just because if you get that as your only Pokemon you can instantly lose if you fail to roll to stay asleep, and also only need 1-2 Zekrom's in there. Add in 1-2 N's, lose 2 Eviolites, add 1-2 Sage's Training, and remove 2 Juniper's. If you can, add in an Engineer's Adjustments. A lot of people will disagree with me on that, but with the Eels, you'll be getting that energy back anyways plus you draw 4 cards.
