First, let me apologize. I have not played the game in months, and I suddenly wanted to attend a tournament. My list is going to be a little outdated, but that's because I have not touched it in months. Anyways, here's the damage:

STRATEGY: Basic Eel strategy. Get energy into the discard with Ultra ball/Juniper. Use Dynamotor to fuel the attackers like Zekrom.

too much supporter 3 bianca 4 keteleria 3 n are enough
personally i prefer 3 level ball and 3 ultra ball
maybe you can drop 1 zekrom or 1 fulguris for 1 eel
you can drop 3 tcheren for 1 super rod and 2 switch
you can drop 2 plus power for 2 emolga

I made a few changes based on your suggestions:

-1 Ultra Ball
-2 Plus Power

+1 Level Ball
+1 Super Rod
+1 Switch

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any emolga, or otherwise I would have added them.
