I tried to put together a decklist that I thought could do well, and would greatly appreciate comments, suggestions and any help. :)
I haven't actually done any testing yet, if it matters...
This is for MD-on, not testing any HGSS-on stuff

Pokemon:
4 Zekrom
2 Smeargle CL
2 Pachirisu CL
2 Shaymin UL
2 Uxie LA
total: 12

T/S/S:
3 Sunyshore City Gym( A card that I think has been seriously overlooked.)
4 Plus Power
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Dual Ball
4 Professor Juniper
2 Night Teleporter
2 Twins
4 Switch
1 Palmer's Contribution
3 Seeker
3 Moo Moo Milk
total: 32

Energy:
16 Lightning
total: 16

Strategy: Pretty basic Zekrom stuff that's been going around. Attempt to set up Zekrom T1 for early knockouts with pachi to attach, shay to move.

I think the deck is going to take a big hit after rotation, having no more sunyshore gym. :(
I don't know whether to run this or Donphan after the rotation...

Switch the Pokedex for Night Teleporter because Night Teleporter + Professor Juniper = Amazing! Dont loose cards that you would need and can't really be stopped

No more help?
Does it seem good enough?
I set up and tested how the first turn would go a couple times and 3/5 times I was able to set up for bolt strike.

No belt? At least run one! 150 HP basic tank is sweet. Maybe instead snowpoint temple. I'm currently testing a Zekrom build reliant on outrage and manipulating damage w/ miasma valley, unkown P, and Reuniclus. But yea, maybe potions or somethin instead of moo moo milk.

Idk what to say if your Pachi gets sprayed but if Shaymin does.... Add in a Lucian's Assignment.
Not as good as Shaymin but can get you out of tight situations when you need to move energy.

this will be great deck in ghss-on format imo ... but on md-bw it sux i think ... donk easily kill you with no problem, if u dont get some kind of god draw like 3+zekroms on open hand and vs sp/random kills you pretty easily powerspray and promocroak if you dont have sunny ... also mesprit will slow you down as hell especially repeted via seeker :-/

I think a buddy of mine is running this for BRs with the HGSS-on build, just because it's so crazy quick to get setup.

For everyone who's asking about sprays etc. How often do SP decks have spray ready turn 1? Not very unless they get a god start. And if they do, you're going to be working uphill anyways.

This cant be further than the truth. This deck is best now in current Modified format. In HGSS on its too slow and if you do get the lucky start and they can setup decent, this deck suffers from mid to late game burnout in HGSS on. Now with that said in current Modified this deck should be run very similar to Sabledonk. We have built both versions and the Uxies and PokeDrawers + makes this deck run Super Fast. This also includes 4 Junipers which is a must in this deck.

Now in your build I would totally drop the Smeargles since you are not running Unown Q and also the Moo Moo Milks that is really bad in this deck. I know the theory behind it, but you want to be dumping and drawing cards real fast along with using 4 Super Scoop Ups and junk Arms. The name of the game is to constantly outspeed your opponent while getting a prize card every single turn. As soon as that pattern stops this is where that deck fails. You can even run PokeBlowers + or Pokemon Reversals to target threats like Phanpy's b4 they can evolve into Donphan and crush you.

Could I maybe get a mock list of what you use?

Defender doesn't stop the Recoil from Zeckrom's attack. It prevents it from your Opponent's attack. Would be great if it did though
Here is a link so you can see

Defender

It has recieved errata with Black and White to reduce all damage done to it by attacks.

Defender (HS—Undaunted, 72/90)

Attach Defender to 1 of your Pokémon. Discard this card at the end of your opponent’s next turn. Any damage done to the Pokémon Defender is attached to by attacks is reduced by 20 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).

Defender protects against all attacks, even ones not made by the opponent.

may i just say that e-belts as well as night teleporter are both out during the next rotation

May I just say this is what I intend to run for Battle Roads?

I also intend to change the decklist shown, but I'm kinda lazy right now...
