This question came up for the japanese cards Colress Machine and Plasma Energy when there are no cards in the deck. For the purpose of applying them to current cards:
1) Can I use Juniper if there are no cards left in the deck?
2) Can I use Computer Search/Ultra Ball if there are no cards left in the deck?
3) Assume a tournament where only cards from Base to Neo series are legal. Can you play Ruin Wall (Neo Discovery) when you have all four Unown cards either in play or discard pile, or if there are no cards in the discard pile?
