Zoroark Foul Play on Gothitelle

When using Zoroark's attack Foul Play on a Gothitelle with psychic energy my question is as follows...

Does the text on Foul Play allow for Zoroark to utilize the text on Gothitelle's Madkenesis with any/all energies attached to Gothitelle?

No. You have to follow the card text. You get to ignore the attack cost, but since you have to count how many P energy are attached to figure out the total damage done, you still have to do that.
