zoroark foul play vs landorus ex

if zoroark has a double colorless energy and uses land's judgement attack from landorus ex, can it do 150 damage?
i would assume that the answer is NO, because he is able to do the attack for 80 but he can not fulfill the requirement of discarding :fighting: energies, but maybe im wrong 'cause zoroark is able to use volt bolt from raikou ex with a :colorless::colorless: attached.
