All I can think about is the ZRE Yamato played(probably Goh's ZRE list)...

Which had cargo, and pokeball/dualball.
 
You (as in members of PokeGym) had to know this was coming.

You'll probably want a Rayquaza* too due to the fact that you'll be giving up 4 prizes with Electrode alone so you need that clean sweep on ex to recover.

After that, you might want a Fossil

Please drop the Strength Charm, Reversals and Switch. Okay maybe not the Switch but Strength Charm? Dude, you're gonna be doing 50 - 120 damage and you're worried about +10. If you need a Strength Charm just discard and energy from Zapdos.

If you don't know what you're doing, you will kill yourself incredibly fast with tihs deck. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who hasn't at least placed very high in some sort of Tournament.

what about Admin instead of oak?
after electrode's explosion it can disrupt very well opponent's hand!
scoop up can be of great help!
 
ZRE IS AMAZING. Yamato's list can't get out of my head. I would wait till they reprint fossils and dualballs to make this deck.
Masterball is a risky card. Just run with pokeball if you want to be daring. Pokeball is a god card with heads, just like reversal and energy removal 2.
 
Poop. I had a nice little explanation for all of these changes but since I'm mad at my modem now you'll have to deal with +s and -s only, no explanation.

+1 Pokemon Retriever (This one I'm not so sure about but it helps recycle Electrode ex while being more versatile than Electrode ex. Plus it allows you to pull out a Magmar or Voltorb to Bomb onto. And no, you cannot Retrieve a Fossil, that way my bad for not forming a proper sentence.)
