If they let Rocket's Zapdos back in, it will take over Modified like first Feraligatr and then Slowking! I'm putting my money where my Rocket's Snorlax is.

OK, OK, noone saw how this was going? Was I then only one who received a MP kit?
There was a Poster for Lightning season featuring Electrabuzz. That's it for Lightning, got it?
The other two Pokemon which have been featured are Blastoise (with a water symbol background) and Hitmonchan (in their other advertising)...Leads me to believe that we are looking at either Hitmonchan or Blastoise.
The long, long time reference most likely means that we haven't seen this poke for a long, long time, which could be either Hitmonchan, Blatoise, Jungle Scyther, or Base Chancey, maybe Wigglytuff. Still unsure of who colorless should be, most likely Chancey or Wigglytuff, in that they will NOT release Ditto, and Clefable will dominate this envio.
Wouldn't it be cool if they released Slowking as the "Best" and this was all just a play to get us going? Wizards would never be that sadistic, would they? No, not my Wizards!
Heh, so enough of this Rocket's Zappy talk, be realistic.

Im guessing its Blastie, but the whole rocket man clue I dont think is on the right track, except maybe from the rocket set rocket blastiose or it could be referencing rocket punch? if thats a move of rocket tackel

Wait, I have some theories:

(From best to worst theory)
1: Rocket's Mewtwo: Mewtwo has a long tail, and is a rocket! I think WotC has an evil plot to make psychic the ultimate archetype! (Even though we have no Slowking ![[Roll Eyes]](rolleyes.gif) )
2: Onix (Southern Islands): Maybe, there is NO emphasis on the Rocket Man part. This is a good card to re-release so Steelix can still be around next year!
Just a couple ideas. Just try to look at the LONG, LONG TIME part!

Southern Onix, dude, the aerodactyl with the genesis onix below steelix works great for dooing mass amounts of damage with steelix. As for my opinion on "best of game" here's what I have to say. We have 3 diffrent kinds of Blastoise right now no need for a fourth. Rocket Pokemon? we are beyond gym right now, no rocket pokemon are even going to be re-released without an entire set of gym pokemon. Hitmonchan? Possibly, there is a good chance that if wizards is willing to release elecktabuzz again, Hitmonchan might make an apperance. Other possible best of game, well, we can rule out 3 pokemon for sure, wiggytuff sure as hell aint comming back(Dark gengar/jungle wigglytuff anyone?) We can also rule out chancey because MTM specifically said that it will not be comming back. The other one is jungle scyther, that will really make haymakers return. A possibility I do see is Kangaskhan, he takes 4 energy for a very flippy attack, big retreat cost, but a pretty high amount of health, he wouldn't be that bad in this format. Thats what I have to say about this.
