Man do I feel sorry for the poor suckers that payed 60+ for Darkrai lv.x.
 
Yeah. Good luck playing it in our format.

Although, I don't think it is a bad idea to grab some up since they make great trade bait and possibly resell cards. Maybe when Gallade and Magmortar leave the format, it will be playable? But those two are here to stay.
 
2 weeks after the release? That's insane. They KNOW there is a secondary market and they're ruining peoples business.

And Epyon, no it won't. No Lv. Xs has done that yet and Darkrai will for SURE not.

Okay people, let's calm down. It's unfortunate that some people bought cards ahead of time for higher prices, but that is what you pay to get the cards that soon after the release of the set. You decided to buy the cards knowing that the past lv.Xs (most of them) had been re-released as a promo in a tin. Sure, you might be mad, and I can understand why, but you chose to buy the cards and you are ultimately responsible for your loss in value, not PUI, not Pokegym, you.

Let's have an adult conversation here, and let's try not to throw our emotions around in the presence of a topic that might bring up feelings.

On-topic, I can't wait to get my hands on these. One week.

We told you that you overpaid from the beginning.....Time to chalk up the loss now I suppose.
 
yep you are right secretsof2113 chalk up the loss now. I have to use these card I buy and make it a deck out of it. And hope I can win sometime out of it.
 
I'm going to laugh when someone does come up with a good darkrai deck. All the people that are laughing at it.....finding a way to counter Gardy/Gallade is not nearly as hard as you think. I've got a deck in the making that has darkrai in it, and it seems to work fine.
 
This is great!!! The darkrai deck will drop from $150ish to $50ish. I feel bad for the people who bought or traded for darkrai lv x.
 
First off, anyone who knows anything about buying and selling cards will tell you the the Darkrai Lv. X tin isnt gonna make the current Darkrai go down all that much. It may drop from 50 to 35 but it WILL go back up in a few months. Also, the tin card is gonna end up going up to about 20-30 since it will be sought after. The tin itself cost 16. So I dont think that it really affect the $$ market for Darkrai all that much.
