Hey Pooka, I was your fifth round opponent. It's interesting to hear about a match from the other side... I'm surprised that you felt it was a lot closer than I did. I knew you had me after the first Bright Look, and that was before I knew that my last three prizes were all Bebe's. :tongue:

Your deck was amazingly consistent, and you were a total class act. Thanks for pulling me into the cut, congrats on your win, and best of luck at Worlds.

Congradulations on the win. I remember two years ago in 2007 I kicked you out of top cut because I beat you in the last round of swiss. Two years later your the national champion. I can't deny this but your win was more impressive then mine because you won the largest nationals ever. :thumb:

Your definetly an amazing player. Im not really moved by alot of players sportsmanship but you definetly are the champion of that as well. I still wish my friend darrel could have won but im not jealous or angry. Im proud of him and im happy you won nationals.

Good luck at worlds and I hope you top cut minimum because the past national champions besides myself never top cut in worlds after there win! Dont get off your grind keep playtesting and make another good deck for worlds. I hope for the best and I hope you do well. Congrats again and see ya soon!

PS: Next year you get to shake the new National champions hand of pokemon like I have shooken your hand after you won nationals! Then again you might win again. :wink:
 
Great Report Kyle, Great Deck with lot's of surprises! Pooka must be the best deck builder in the midwest!
The big problem here is that it will be impossible to play against in the future. Your incredible inflated ego and thick arrogance was already unbearable. It now might almost approaches that of Big Chuck! (JK)

Congratulations Pooka on winning the Nationals Tournament! Nice report and read the entire thing. You must've been really lucky to make it that far since you didn't face any Machamps during the tournament.
