I'd be very interested to know where you're getting those prices, particularly for the Entei Raikou bottom half. TnT has it for 13, and there isn't an Ebay listing under 11. How about:

I'm looking at an average for prices of those sold and completed via ebay, not just the prices people are putting them up at. Even the ones at $9 aren't selling, and without knowing how much T and T actually sells at their prices, I don't like using them as a baseline, much less any other site (and realize, those sites are also out to make a profit as well). The only one that sold as of late was $5, and there's another going off soon with a single bid putting total with shipping at only $3. I figure $6 was a bit more generous for it anyway. As far as Umbreon Prime, they aren't going for more than 5-6 including shipping. I tend to be as generous as possible with my values. You can even get the RCs for about $3 for x4 very regularly.

Right now, I'd like to hold off on RCs as I'm getting a box of Unleashed this weekend. I'll look through and see if I can find something else I'd be interested in though, and will post if I do.

Alright, let me get back to you. I should have my full list of collection wants posted later on today, and god knows how ravenous people will get over that. If I dropped atleast 1 of the Scizor Primes, how much would you do for them all? Also, any T/S/S you need, seeing as I haven't posted many of mine yet?

I don't really "need" things. But I would like to have more BTS, DCE, Pokemon Collector, Poke Turn, etc. As for how much I value them altogether, hard to say. Were you after a card deal or a card/pack deal?

If you by chance have a set of Majestic Dawn sleeves (I think I saw some on your site) then I'd be very interested in working out a trade for that. Beyond that, I'd like to do a deal to try to get as many packs as possible for the two new sets as I'm FAR behind on them, but I'm ok with just working a trade for cards instead.

Okay. Well, as I previously mentioned I would trade around a half box. So ~17 packs. I do have a set of MD sleeves, but they don't appear to be mint upon closer inspection. The mint ones were sold last week (both of them). Either way, due to condition I will value my remaining MD sleeve pack a tad less.

My initial offer is 17 packs (your choice or combination between UD/UL) or you may select cards and/or merchandise from my sale thread up to the amount of $40.00 or you may mix and match both packs/cards/merchandise.

And if you wanted to drop a prime, I'll counter with -2 packs per prime dropped. LMK or counter. Thanks.

Mint isn't a problem, my girl is starting into Pokemon and is going to use them anyway. How bad off are they? Is it to a point where some are damaged or "marked" or are they just out of package or with a little wear?

They're still tournament-legal as far as I can tell. They're not that bad; all the fronts seemt to be okay. I could do 14 packs and the MD sleeves.

A $57 difference according to T and T (ratio value of approx 1:2.5), and a $63 difference according to ebay average selling prices (ratio of 1:4 value, generously). If you're interested in making a fair and decent trade, I'm willing to entertain other, more balanced offers. Sorry if this comes off as rude but someone that's been trading as much and as long as you have should even have known how unfair and one sided an offer like this was.
