I also do not understand scottirisu's lists, can someone please explain it?
Basically, we start with every player that was targeted by some sort of "marking" role
(where marking is beating up, getting tied, bruised, shocked, shot, whatever)
And we then use a list of the roles that are dead that had the ability to induce those conditions. Once we've checked both sets of lists, we look at what is left, and who was where during those times. It'd help greatly if redados could give us role results, but since he revealed WAY too early, we cannot use it now that we DO need it.
Either way, we have enough info to start figuring out who is who and what is what.

Unfortunatly, thats all I have for know, but as we learn more roles and get more nights of affects, this will become more and more usefull(I'm we don't lose before then:frown

Unless I'm wrong, he is separating the burns and bruises and whatever other things like that happened during the night. Once he does that, groups and color codes all of the people that were burned (just using burned as an example) under Affliction:Burned. Once he has listed and color coded the people, he puts who he thinks they are, and what caused the burn. And when he color codes them in bold, that means whatever he says about them has been confirmed. So if someones name was in green, then anything else that he put in green would mean that's his best idea of how they got burned or what there role in the update is.
I could be wrong, but that's how I understand it. Or were you talking about something else?

Either today or tommorow I will post an analisis on the afflictions. In the mean time, DONT LET MY ANALISIS GET DISTRACTING. It should be used to clear players, so we can find scum. We only have 6 more days to lynch, and a bad night could mean game over.

As a side note, does anyone think there'd be any purpose in bulk translating akane's posts into one big text dump? I know she's gone now, but we could have missed something.

I wouldn't assume that we have six days left. We could easily have less or more than that. We don't know how many more rooms will explode, and we don't know the chances of people dying in those rooms when they do explode.
I don't think there's much of a point. I'm pretty sure I translated every post she did, and I didn't see anything important. If you want to, you can go back and check, but as I said, I don't think there's much of a point.

I'm glad my analysis was so well recieved; frankly I was expecting for it to be brushed off as a waste of time for so few roles. In ther mean time, tommorow I will do an ISO to try and find some scum.

Alright, so we still have one or two roles that burn. It could be possible that the man who was tinkering with gadgets in the Mess has a burn role that has to recharge or has a % of success.
I still think that the 4 legged electric pokemon is Jolteon, seeing as AT specifically said it used 10,000 bolts of electricity and Jolteon is described as "It controls 10,000-volt power and can raise all the fur on its body as if it were sharp needles." It would also make sense because we already know about Leafeon (Baby Mario). From the revealed role, Baby Mario had the choice between Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, and Glaceon. Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon are unaccounted for, so someone else could have been an Eevee with a choice of one of the three stone-evolved forms.
That's... actually, that's a pretty good theory.

First a general note: The discussion today has been ok but riddled with bumping and its very difficult to ready. Scottistru, I like what you are doing however, you have some time. It would be best to present it into one nice package. One post, not all spread out. This will limit the bumping.
I think our tattooed players may just be marked for death at this point. Look at Dave628 and Pikamaster. They were both marked on night 3 and dead by "accident" on night 5. If the trend continues it might not look good for A/AM and PCPB.
So we are also down to 22 players at this point. If we stick to the rule of 5 there is one dead sith and 2 dead empire. So 7 badies remaining and 15 town/indies remaining. Also any thoughts on Giovanni? Two top tier badies are Sith (Cyrus and Giovanni). This is just a hunch but Mewtwo may be one of our Sith playing "mind games". Does anyone else have any thoughts here?
There is something that also stood out in the update:
Based on the update later this turns out to be Sandslash7. Cloaks would tend to suggest Jedi or Sith. Per the update the Jedi came into the control room together but the Sith were summoned. If I were a betting man I would put you as Sith.

Also a note for AT: can you update the OP and strike LEX and add her replacement, thank you.

As far as the ship falling apart- I do not think that it is a "timer" of some sort. I think it is just part of the story and it falling apart is just that whom ever "win's" this game will escape in a pod as the ship finally hits critical and crashes onto the nearby planet, well, what;s left of it anyways.
I believe that we lost the two rooms due to the fact of how many people remain in the game. In order for interactions to take place- it can drag on with a lot of rooms- thus, reducing the rooms will cut down on the time it takes for interactions to happen. The less players, a lot of rooms- the less likely we will get anywhere if everything is spread out so much.
Hmmmmm- the com-link. Interestingly enough it has disappeared. I do not think it just "mysteriously" disappeared. I have already said my thoughts about the com-link. This is how I concluded my thoughts on the com-link in the first place:
Akane said she thought it to be a trap.
Redido's mentioned the word "telemarketer" - telemarketer's offer something
AT said it is a "benefit or regret it" (not exact wording, but the point is there) item.
Time goes by, and the com-link is claimed.
Redido's acts like he is "gagged"- can't post, can't talk- seems to be influenced- thus, I think the com-link was claimed- and I believe he does know something about it--
The com-link must have some kind of effect in that it restricts or gives players roles or abilities- some players have changed their "tune" a little in their play style if they are accepting of the so -called- benefits-most notably you, Redido's-
The Sith have a way of manipulation- it is their nature, even to turn on their own- all in the favor of the dark side.
I think Redido's did accept something by way of the com-link and is being influenced.
Thus- the com-link has got to be a way for the Sith to be able to have a way to gain some kind "upper-hand" to reach their goal by any means.
So- with all my previouse thoughts on the com-link and the info I posted just now- Redido's:

You are being manipulated IMO. You may have role revealed and all, but you could have had an offer and you took that offer. That is what I think.
DID you claim the com-link? If you did, and it is what I think the com-links design is/was(since it now has gone missing..) and it was an offer, is this why your acting all manipulated?
If so, you are Sith Aligned. The Sith will toss you too the wolves to hide, and if need be- off you themselves. Speak up please- if it means voting for you to be lynched, I will do so. I do not think that there is much more you can do if you are going to be quite, and be a puppet, as by what it seems to me on how you are acting.
I have been doing some research and thinking on the tattoo's- The tattoo's are still stuck in my mind and puzzling. I will provide my thoughts on the tattoo's another posting later on.
Side thought- Has there ever been a WW game where there is three separate groups, and two of the three had to "team-up" to rid one common threat? Then battle it out after party 3 is eliminated? Just asking is all- shows my noobness, huh?

I agree that at this point death is probably the explanation of the Sith tattoos. I'm quite worried that there is the Empire, the Sith, and Giovanni's side+the town. If this is correct, we are at a huge numbers disadvantage. You have any good explanation on your list?
How I am borderline "Highly Probable" to be non-town is beyond me. Like cabd, I don't expect anybody to really believe this without further proof/explanation, but I am town aligned.
