looking at your list, i'd say either play r-gon or mario.

for hp-mt r-gon, just replace the old cards with celios and bebe's. and some draw supporters. and play lake boundary.

lucario isnt that great unless you start out with him
his speed is his strength
you need to start with riolu not castform otherwise you compromise the purpose of lucario and you end up behind... lucario doesnt play well from behind but flygon does so start with lucario and clean up with the flygon

Ok because i dont want someone to bomb BR's....
Do not play this, it has no hope, is not consistant and the pokemon in it are just random. This is most definitely NOT the new destiny, because destiny was actually a decent deck.
Also all of those matchups are wrong, they are all 90-10 (in favor of the deck battling yours obv) because this deck wont beat anything good.

it is pretty consistant for me but i dont know about everyone else but i get the same setup every game it is like destiny because it doesnt setup the same every game

No way! This isn't anything like Destiny! Destiny had ONLY basic pokes, no evolutions. This looks like R-Gon if anything.

I'd remove these cards:

1 Lickitung D -Delta Pokes are dead, except in the mirror match, use Castform for draw
1 Chimecho D -A waste of Bench space. If you want Energy just play more
1 Mew D -It just isn't so great now that pokes have less that 100% more damage due to weakness.
1 Latios Ex D -Ex cards aren't seen so much, don't like this guy (I'd replace with Rayquaza ex)

The deck is very random - it seems to me you're trying to do too much with too little.

+1 TVR,
+2 Wager
I can't say I'm thrilled with not starting out with riolu - hand advantage is great, but you can have hand advantage the entire game until your opponent throws their Wager. Don't bank to much on personal draw power.

I'd say be nervous about castforms, but if it works for you, go for it.
