Err, 2-2 Furret, not 4-2 Lake Boundary is just asking yourself to get owned, throw in 2 Charm/Pluspower instead. Maybe 1-1 Latilock or Cress/X instead of the 2 extra Sentrets

With DRE, Scramble, Shard, and BF gone, Chomp will be beast next format. For now, V said it right. Just drop shard/BF and it's gone.

No, you only want 2 Espy/Umbry each and then 2-2 of either Leaf, Glace or both. Don't bother with the others, thats why your deck is slow. 1 Vap might be manageable. I would say either focus on Glaceon/Empoleon or Leafeon/Sceptile, or some fast mix of Glaceon and Leafeon.

Mostly, but T2 Banette/Arithmetic don't do well vs eeveelutions, Empoleon, fossils, etc. Mag owned em too, but Mags dead now so yeah.. Also, Infernape phailz and Eeveelutions and Garchomp are pretty much tied.

Use what you want, but SW is superior. The main role is to charge up Darkrai X/Bliss at the beginning and then sit on the bench and make Bliss dark so that it's 20 more for every dark nrg instead of 10. DP is like Bliss late game, but Bliss is better IMO.

Kabutops works better with Aerodactyl and Omastar then with Ampharos or Empoleon, best with it's own deck.
