i also use the prism energies for my BKEX , so 4 seems good to me , with just 3 prism its not easy to draw them :/ , and yea victini is for cobalion(ex) and plasmaklang etc.

i also got a list about that speed darkrai idea but without crushing hammer and colress ( +1 energy , +2 skyla and + 1 dark claw) and i think 8 energies are pretty fine , maybe 9 but 8 is really enough.. ^^ maybe you could cut 2 sableye to add stuff like skyla , dark claw , energy...
