    Yveltal/Manectric 2015-2016 (XY-On) *UPDATED*

I have been torn about how best to utilize Yveltal EX (still 1 of the best attackers in the game, IMO) despite the rise in L Poké popularity. So, your deck list has encouraged me to get Yveltal EX back into a deck. Thanks. A few thoughts for your consideration: With only a 2-2 M Manectric...

    Yveltal/Manectric 2015-2016 (XY-On)

Personally, I prefer just running Manectric EX vs. its Mega. With the ability to attach a Head Ringer onto my opponent's Poké and then Assault Laser it has been much more useful than M Manectric EX's Turbo Bolt. Secondly, I can just use Yveltal for energy acceleration too. Thirdly, if you're...

    BCR-PCL Mega Gardy/Xerneas/Aromatisse

From my testing thus far, I find that the deck falters a bit when I don't start with Xerneas (-1 Aromatisse; 2 are sufficient, IMO). I'd suggest maxing this Poké out. You definitely WANT to start with it. Also, -1 Max Potion (3 are plenty); +1 Lysandre's Trump Card to help recover and recycle...

    (BCR-on) Crobat(PF)/Chandelure EX deck

When you playtest your deck any Yveltal EX deck, you'll find that 1-2 Manectric EXs will be quite helpful in that matchup. Otherwise, it's a near autoloss to that Poké that can easily 1HKO your Chandelure EXs.

    (BCR-on) Crobat(PF)/Chandelure EX deck

Lol. I just built and playtested my version of this deck this past weekend. I definitely run 2 AZ, as well as a PFC as suggested by some of the others here. I found both to be quite helpful. I also run Computer Search for now. I do not run Muscle Bands at all since I primarily dropped...

    Turbo Bronzong

You have placed a great deal of dependency upon a sole LTC; what if that one is ever prized? Should you increase the count to 2 perhaps? Have you playtested this deck against "top" decks like Landorus-Bats and/or Yveltal-Seismitoad-Garbodor? How were those matchups? Incorporating a Mr. Mime...

    NXD+ Standard Manectric/Gengar deck

I've too built and run this deck and offer the following thoughts/comments from my experience: M Gengar EX is really not that more effective than Gengar EX. M Manectric EX has been useful rarely for energy attachment acceleration (due to lots of F decks being played in my area). 4 VS...

    Malamar EX Deluge deck

Exeggcute's Ability allows you to recover it from your discard pile and return it to your hand. You can do this repeatedly too during the same turn too. It's the "perfect" discard "fodder" you need when playing cards that require you to discard card(s) from your hand, like Ultra Ball and...

Need some help on my deck.

Merriam-Webster defines "synergy" as "a mutually advantageous conjunction or compatibility of distinct business participants or elements (as resources or efforts)." Simply stated in the case of our decks, the 3 card groups (Poke, Trainers and Energy) that "work together" are most effective...

    Malamar EX Deluge deck

Relative to countering Pyroar, Blastoise can easily fit that role very nicely. As far as suggested deck improvements, consider: -2 Murkrow -2 Honchkrow - sacrificed for "higher" priorities +1 Wartortle +1 Exeggcute (Propagation) +1 Yveltal - non-EX attacker and can provide some energy...

    Skeleton for aromatisse plus attackers?

I'd suggest you consider: 3-2 Aromatissse Manectric EX - for Yveltal match-ups Reshiram (Outrage) - for metalBox and VirGen match-ups Yveltal EX - lots of match-ups Landorus EX - lots of match-ups

    Malamar EX Deluge deck

I'd suggest you consider adding 1-2 Shadow Circle to protect your Poke from Weakness. Absol (PLF) may be a better attacker than Honchkrow, and is definitely easier to setup. Should you play against any Item-lock decks, getting Blastoise out could be difficult. Consider incorporating at...

Need some help on my deck.

At first glance, it seems that you have "lots" of Pokemon that don't (IMO) have a lot of synergy. Am I possibly missing something and/or misunderstanding your deck strategy? Secondly, if you have F Poke, why not take advantage of some GREAT F Poke support like Strong energy, Korrina, and...

    Bullying the standard format

IMO, most players tend to play decks what may be considered "hot;" not too many players true rogue decks. Even decks that combine unlikely combos (e.g., Seismitoad EX and Slurpuff (Tasting)), can do well if that players can "surprise" the field. Good luck.

Any way to Counter Night March

My game strategy is to "win the war, not necessarily a 'single' battle (i.e., like a T1 Poke KO)." Not much can be done if the NM opponent can KO my starting Poke on his/her first turn. HOWEVER, I tend to win the "war" with my Pyroar, Seismitoad, and decks that can snipe the NM opponents'...
