What are some good pokemon that can snipe the bench? A lot of the times people use supporting pokemon on the bench or throw out a meat shield while they power up their main attackers on the bench, so are there any pokemon that can take the bench out?

I want to make a deck with 2-2 cresselia lv. x. I'm pretty new at this and have no experience with truly competitive play. I was thinking about playing it with either exploud/lickilicky or gengar. What do you guys think?

Hey! I have two cresselia and cresselia lv. x's but I don't really know how to incorporate them effectively into a deck. I was thinking that i would use it with either lickilicky/exploud or with gengar. Does anyone have any suggestions?
