I was recently made the PTO for the Buffalo NY area. I have yet to run an Nintendo tournament but I have ran many DCI tournaments for WOTC. I was wondering if you TO's and PTO's can give me some tips on running a successful event.

I am just seeing if I was able to run to a Dragon Prerelease here in Buffalo NY about how many people would be able to come? I was just given PTO status for the Buffalo area and am hoping to get the Dragon Prerelease. If are interested in attending please let me know.
