¿Double or Nothing?

First I´ve looked really close at attacks like Altaria EX´s (drogon mist) attack or deoxys´ EX (EM) attack and they say it isnt affected by anything except weakness. does this mean it does apply weakness or not.
Second , for example , if Dragonite d attacks with agility and gets heads (in the coin flip) can any of the attaks above do damage (since its an attack)

They are not effected by Weakness, so Weakness would be applied.


If you got heads with Agility, they would still do damage because they ingore Agility's effect.

The only thing that would stop it is something that prevents it from attacking at all.

Pinser and absol from LM come to mind...

Pinsir and Absol stops basics, not evolutions. Sand Attack/Smokescreen stops it though
