Nah; I gave up that belief a long time ago after seeing prices soar for Steelix ex, Mew ex (LM), and Lugia ex ) which has always been bigger than many * cards). It really depends on which ex you're talking about in comparasion to which * card.

Value of a card is based more upon personal value than $$ value..... some stars are worth more to individuals do to what they gave up to get them.. or is they are their favorite Pokes.... it isn't always about the money!:thumb:
