Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

1st Place Masters U.S National Champion Report

Congrats Con!!! When you were talking about your round 4 match, you sounded really pissed but you were still able to win out the game with a bad hand. Ian B and myself agreed that you deserve the big win. I'm glad its finally a reality. Congrats again Con!

Con, you had a Great Tournament and were a delight to Judge! Congrats and enjoy your Year. BDH was amazing to see and really balanced your Pooka match. Great deck and even more-so, a Great Champ!

Amazing article Con! Congrats on taking 1st place in this year's U.S. Nationals. You surely did an amazing job that's for sure. You even showed the true potential of a Sablelock deck that runs Honchkrow SV. Now that I'm glad to see.

Once again, great article! It was great reading your report. Oh yeah, good luck in Hawaii!:thumb:

Con great job you are very deserving of this win. I cant believe how many mirror you faced in top cut!! Also was the Machamp player named Justin Catapang? I played him in Swiss and he got so lucky. That was my only Sour Grapes of the tourney was his match. Such a bad player but good deck choice and he hit turn 1 Machamp prolly 90% of his matches.

Congrats, Con! I was burned out mentally by the time I got to T4, so you definitely played the matchup better than me. You deserved to win. See you in Hawaii!

He won Nats and is going into the biggest prize tournament of the year in a month, he is not going to hand out his list.

Anyways, great job. I'm super glad LuxChomp didn't win Nationals so thanks for making sure it didn't :D

That's so funny. Justin was playing my exact list that I swept Battle Roads with. I'm glad he did well with my deck and he made Team Epically Awesome proud. Great job Justin!

Also congrats to Con for winning. Never met you but I'm sure your a cool guy.
