I've been looking EVERYWHERE for the Shinx/Luxio/Luxray 2-Pack Dark Explorers blister packs.

Has anyone seen these for sale anywhere?
 
I seen some last week at Toys R US and one at my Target, but I don't remember which.

These North American 2 pack blisters were discontinued sometime in between the release of Dark Explorers and Dragons Exalted. Stores began receiving the 3 Pack blisters instead. If you want the promos, the best option will be buying them online from one of the online stores that still has the product in stock.
