2 Question about National Championships

-Does every country have different rulings or are they all the same?

-A guy came today at my league who did not play for many years (When Neo 3 was new).
He picked up the new rules verry quickly and is thinking about entering the Dutch National Championships just for the fun of it.

However, he has to start from the beginning with his card collection since he only owns every series untill Neo 3. So now my question is; Can he play with cards from me at the Dutch NC?

The rulings should be the same.

As far as what cards are allowed at the Dutch Nationals - I'm pretty sure every country runs the Modified format. If you need to know for sure, contact [email protected]...I'm just a card/game rules guy.

If you're asking if he can borrow your cards; sure, why not.
It's no one's business where a player got their deck/cards from.
They do have to be from the sets that are allowed in your region for Modified, of course.
