2004-2005/2005-2006 Final Rakings/Ratings

Not sure if this where this goes, feel free to move if it isnt!

Does anyone know where I can find the 2004-2005/2005-2006 Ratings and Rankings? Pokemon.com doesnt seem to go back that far?

Im trying to locate these two items, plus maybe number of tourneys played, and state ranking.

They didn't import that back when they changed from Pokemon-tcg.com/op over to the new Pokemon.com website. It required a complete change of databases, and it probably wasn't worth the time investment to move the data over to the new schema.
