Better than Oak's Visit as deck thinning usually > saving whatever, usually useless card.
It was a slam dunk 10/10 in the format for BR's because Blissey variants were the best decks in the format. It will still be good post DP3, but not as good as before. Since we're going into post-dp3 now I'd say
9/10
