With the SF expansion, we get a Lv X form of everyone's favorite mouse's evolved form, Raichu Lv X, which definitely promises to be a beast for whoever uses it. 110 HP is slightly below average for a Stage 1 Lv X, X2 Weakness to :fighting: could be problematic if the type picks up (particularly with Machamp Lv X out there), a -20 Resistance to :metal: (better than nothing I guess) and a free Retreat Cost (always nice). Link Lightning is the main reason you'll be using Raichu Lv X; it gives you the unprecedented (I think) ability to attack TWICE in a row, providing you use Voltage Shoot first. This is very reasonable, as Voltage Shoot itself is a great attack at :lightning:lightning:colorless for 80 damage; granted, you have to discard 2 :lightning from your hand to use the attack, but you can do that 80 damage to any of your opponent's Pokemon. So, you can fire off 2 Voltage Shoots to KO your opponent's Claydols, or Voltage Shoot plus a follow-up attack from the Raichu underneath your Lv X. Pure bliss doesn't come much easier.

Modified - 9/10 (A great card that can hit key benched Pokemon for OHKO damage and attack twice)
Limited - 9/10 (Voltage Shoot is fun, and you should have plenty of time to fire off multiple ones; the problem is of course, getting all 3 minimum cards to run him)
Unlimited - 1/10 (Raichu isn't used here, and the Lv X doesn't add too much to its playability)
