Card's underrated. Can't be attacked by all the big basics and the one thing that somehow nobody has brought up is that it OHKOs everything in AMU, Luxray, Infernape, Gliscor, Froslass, GG, and OHKOs things like Blissey and Kingdra with one PlusPower/Buck's.

8/10

With LA Mewtwo: 4/10
With MD Mewtwo: 8/10

Pros:
+140 HP with Snowpoint = HUGE
+Psybarrier gives you time to set up against AMU, mirror, GrouDONK, Cresselia/X
+Giga Burn hits the magic 130 mark with Buck's/Power
+MD Mewtwo's Energy Absorption makes Giga Burn easy to use and reuse
+Psyburn OHKOs several basics
+Recover is useful if opp is stalling

Cons:
-2 retreat is a little much
-Discards all energy, not just Psychic, so you must keep attaching to use Giga Burn multiple times
-Snowpoint makes it harder to score easy KOs on basics with Psyburn

Overall, a very solid card that is very under-hyped.

I couldn't help but notice that this card was getting below par ratings... which would be okay if the rating scale was better qualified. a 5/10 means average, 7/10 means good, and a ten means excellent. (approximately, 2 times better than an average card and a staple in most decks such as Bebe's or Rose's Research.)
A good way to determine what ratting a card should get would be to determine how man y good decks the card appears in. A 9/10 card appears in about 5/7 decks (Claydol) while a 7/10 appears in about 3/8 decks. So long as a card can make at least 2/7 good decks run a bit more efficiently, it deserves a 5 or above.

That being said Mewtwo X should get a solid 6. (okay card in its own right gives 5, good AMU counter gives 6) :pokeball:
