Indeed it's a very good card that goes well with Claydol to abuse Dragon Pump..

BUT

a third attack that did a lot of damage would make this card a ten

It's not quite as good as people were making it out to be at first, but it's still without a doubt one of (if not the) fastest stages two cards ever printed. I think the King is going to hang around for quite a while.

10/10 for being an amazing card, too bad the deck isn't consistant/win in my area

Awesome card! Paired with Regigice and a Felicity's Drawing could be one nasty combo.

Its not the best ever but its pretty good 6/10

8/10 . Great speed, which keeps you in the game.

However, not enough damage to go up against big hitters, if you get a slow start.

Regice is only useful late-game, where you can put 4-5 energies in discard every turn. However, the 40 minute time limit will probably be over before you get to use more than one Aqua Stream. Regice is the worst starter (I know, I was forced to start with it), so I wouldn't play it. Focus on the Dragon Pump, and whatever it combos with.

I've yet to figure out the perfect deck for this card. It didn't do well for me in BR's. It lost both times to AMU.

Man this is such an amazing card. Anyone with accurate testing with practical lists should know that this card is NOT below an 8. I don't see how this card can only get a rating of a C.

Not bad, with a good list it can get a fast setup. The only problem is that it's a donk card. The flexability with Aqua Stream is awesome. Overall it's a pretty fun card to play. 8/10
