Ugh, this card, why was it printed? With its terrible attacks and OH MY GOSH, IS THAT A RETREAT COST???? It can fly! Flying Pokemon, especially ones made of clouds, should lack a retreat cost!!!! Altaria is also mediocre in every possible way.

Bonus card 1 is Swablu (shiny one) from PT, which while also having 3 attacks, doesn't make up for its attacks sucking. Statwise, 50 HP is slightly low for a Basic, +10 Weakness to :lightning is meh, -20 Resistance to :fighting: is largely pointless and :colorless to Retreat is cheap. Roost is a decent recovery move, removing 4 damage counters in exchange for not being able to Retreat next turn for 0 Energy. Mirror Move is a bit lame; though it only costs :colorless for reflecting damage done to Swablu by the opponent last turn, almost anything can OHKO this little sucker anyways. Fury Attack is flippy and bad at :colorless for 10x the number of Heads out of 3 coins. I did strongly consider using this as a coaster way back at a prerelease, would have been fun...

Modified - 1/10 (It sucks, and Altaria sucks anyways)
Limited - 7/10 (Can stall about with Roost, until you can bring out Altaria, which if you can then get a Memory Berry onto, lets you continue to have access to Roost)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here)

50 hp low for a basic, +10 to electric is ok, -20 to resistance is ok, one energy to retreat is good. 3 attacks good (first one, which heals, is free!), Mirror Move is ok as long as you dont get KOed before you can use the attack. Fury Attack's max damage is 30 for one energy, which would be good as long as the chance that you could do only 10 damage was gone.

Modified: 3/10 (It stinks. And you can't even look forward to the evolution. But the attacks are cheap and mirror move can be good)
Limited: 7/10 (Same as Regis Neo. If you add a Memory Berry this guy could be good)
Unlimited: 1/10 (The other Swablus would be better)
