I didnt even know that this was a card, and I thought I knew all cards.

For most decks it has too low of an hp and can only od 60 damage. I run an alakazam deck that run lots of different sp pokemon, but this guy doesnt do enough damage and only had 90 HP. Also not many pokemon are weak to steel.
 
90 HP is very good, but 30 for 3 is terrible even with a switch, and even worse, your opponent chooses. 60 for 4 and heal 10 is also overpriced. For a holo, this is really bad.
 
Bonus card 1 is Bastiodon GL from RR, another bad SP card that's undeserving of its foil cover. Statwise, 90 HP is good for a SP, x2 Weakness to :fire: isn't good, -20 Resistance to :psychic: is good, and :colorless::colorless::colorless: to Retreat is expensive. Bounce Back is expensive at :metal::colorless::colorless: :)colorless: less with Energy Gain) for 30 and a "forced" retreat of their Defending. Smack Down is overpriced and ineffective at :metal::colorless::colorless::colorless: :)colorless: less with Energy Gain) for a mere 60 and 1 damage counter of healing. Overall, just bad, another forgettable filler card.

Modified - 1/10 (No use here, even with the SP support)
Limited - 2/10 (I wouldn't even use this here unless you're desperate for a Big Basic)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here at all)
 
2/10 Machamp bait, takes a little while to power up and to do 60?
Terrible with flygon in play also weak against fire.
