3 attacks? On a basic? Wow that is cool.

The first attack is the only reason I would use this one. It is energy accel for Infernape.

6/10

60 hp, 3 attacks all relatively good, discards for infernapes flare up (if you do inferape/ninetails)

9/10

wicked line up name i mean practicly its sayin to start a forest firde lol thats weird but still i like vulpix so..

for a fire deck:10/10

for modified: 5/10 blah not that fast

The other Vulpix I like better from the same set cause it has so much synergy with Rhyperior Lv. X and a new Rhyperior line is getting reprinted for Platinum - Rising Rivalry so that's solid in my book. Other than that this Secret Holo version isn't bad for Fire decks and gives it a boost with Find Wildfire in a sense.

Still other one is so much better IMO especially since it could replace Felicity's Drawing after rotation, just for Energy draw for 0 energy, discard 2 Energy cards from your hand to draw 2 cards. Maybe slap on an Unown Q to give it 0 retreat and you could be on a roll.

I hardly ever post here because I don't play the Pokemon TCG---though I'd like to, and I like reading about it---but I think these abilities are very flavorful and I like how the first and third work together. (I have no idea whether this card is good.)

Me like shiny. I especially like the idea that this could very well work w/Mortar and the Firestarters (Typhlosion).

Oooh, shiny...

Anyways, shiny Vulpix is definitely an interesting card to use. Stat-wise, 60 HP is common for a Basic, +10 Weakness to :water: hurts, but is a small Weakness and not x2 like SP, no Resistance (common), and costing :colorless to Retreat. Shiny Vulpix comes with 3 fun attacks to use. Find Wildfire lets you get 2 :fire: Energy out of your deck for free, which lets you easily ensure you have Energy the next turn. Brushfire deals a simple 10 for :fire:, and lets you do 10 damage to each of your opponent's Benched :grass: Pokemon, which is nice given that Torterra and Scizor are still relatively popular. Inflame is a bit underpowered at :fire::colorless for 30, especially since you have to discard an Energy from your hand to use it.

Modified - 7/10 (I'd use this Vulpix over any others, but its evolution, Ninetales, isn't played much, if at all)
Limited - 9/10 (Great 3 attacks to choose from, fits nicely in a :fire:-oriented deck)
Unlimited - 1/10 (Lol, no Vulpix or Ninetales to use here. But, if you feel the urge to use Ninetales for whatever reason, this Vulpix is great to use with it)

Great card in infeernape decks, I would run him with the stormfront rapidash\heatran lv.x\infernape lv.x that would be a great deck. I would give this card a 9\10!

There's a Rhyperior SP coming out in Rising Rivals, but the whole line isn't coming out until the set after.

In my opinion, this isn't really that necessary if you have the other Vulpix. There are multiple ways to search for energies and not so many to discard them from the hand... While you're casually dumping one to the discard at a time with this Vulpix, the other's dropping two and drawing four. The only advantage this one has over it is spread against Grass types.
