Unown G, the only other staple Poke'mon besides Claydol... How appropriate for him to be featured as a card to discuss. Popular opinion tends to rub me the wrong way but I'd have to give this guy a nine out of a possible ten as well. Unown G prevents sniping and shuts down so many attacks. Like Claydol, you're more or less handicapped if you don't run this weird little guy in your deck.

Edit: Unown G gets an 8/10 because you're screwed if he's the only basic in your opening hand.

You don't consider Uxie a staple?

As far as Unown G--it's kind of boring to play against someone who doesn't have it in their deck. I actually played a guy playing an SP deck with no Unown G at a BR. I had Machamp. 6 turns. 6 prizes. Yawn.

i hate this card. not because it's bad but because it NEEDS to be in every deck just for champ and gengar. with thoes cards in format it hase to be a 10/10 without them it would be a nice teck about a 6/10

10/10 because of how the metagame would be so different without it and for the fact that 99% of all tournament decks run at least one of these.

Unown G is my hero. First, he saved me from Dusknoir, then he saved me from Gengar, then he failed to save me from Machamp because he was my only basic.

9/10 Because poor little Unown G was all alone and defenceless and didn't help at all when I started with him.
