Good card for energy Manipulation and could possible help out in Gengar with the spread. Not that bad of a card
5/10 modified.

whats wrong with you this card is great i have this in my deck and it worked very well for me like i had my nidoqueen powered up in two turns and its great with mewtwo x.

Nice :psychic: minipulation. Besides Gardy PL,there was none. I don't see to many uses besides it's stackable and can be nice in Roserad UL variants. And Jirachi UL.

Limited 5/10 Roserade/Jirachi/Mismagiaus deck

Modified 3/10 Not many people like it and the deck ideas are less effective.

Unlimited 4/10 No really helpful. But it still can be nice if my Bannete is gonna die soon.

I really like this card. Next format, this thing could really be a good card.

8/10 for the possibilities ^_^

This card is beautiful to be used with the UL metagross.

8/10 for tech potential in heavy psychic kamakazi dekcs.

Today's CotD is Mismagius from UL, a fairly interesting card this time. Statwise, 90 HP is average for a Stage 1, x2 Weakness to :dark: is ok, -20 Resistance to :colorless: can have its uses, and :colorless: to Retreat is cheap. Magical Trans is a nifty Poke-Power, letting you shift 1 :psychic: Energy on one Pokemon to another once per turn...shame it's not as often as you like, then it would definitely have more uses. Psychic Pulse deals a nice 30 for :psychic:, and deals another 10 to each of your opponent's Benched Pokemon with damage counters on them, making it a great spread attack as well.

Modified - 7/10 (I think it has its uses in some decks, shame Nidoqueen will be hanging around for another year)
Limited - 8/10 (Playing around with Energies is nice, and if anything, it still deals a solid 30 for :psychic: even without the spread effect)
Unlimited - 1.5/10 (Eh, I'm sure you can find a use for it if you really want to)

whats wrong with you this card is great i have this in my deck and it worked very well for me like i had my nidoqueen powered up in two turns and its great with mewtwo x.

LOL nothings wrong but im just saying decks that won't majorly benfit from it probably won't use it. but is great if you use it and its sucsessful for you. i'm not speaking for everyone when i say this card is only okay, jusst myself.

Well, why don't you look at that! A better card for once!

90 HP is good for a stage 1. The weakness to Dark is good, but cards like Sableye and Honchkrow will go through it with ease. Colorless resistance is very good too, especially with the presence of Garchomp C. The retreat cost is also OK.

Basically, Mismagius is a lot like Bronzong G. What are the connections? Well, both have the same amount of HP, can move energies via there power, and have the same attack, but does different damage. Bronzong is a basic, but Mismagius is a stage 1 however. Yet, Mismagius moves Psychic Energies only and doesn't need to place damage counters on itself compared to Bronzong. In fact, the Poke-power makes it usable for this reason. Psychic is popular in this format, so you can tell Mismagius can help many Psychic decks. The attack does 30 and can spread 10 to all Pokemon on the opponent's bench that have damage counters on them, and this can be achieved for only 1 energy. Man, that looks pretty cool don't you think.

Overall 7/10 in modified

I can see Mismagius come into some use in Modified that's for sure. It can help decks like PLOX and Cursegar right now. Basically, in PLOX, you can move Psychic Energies around between your Gardevoir or Gallade. In Cursegar, you can use Mismagius to move energies around between some Gengars or even Mr. Mime if you go against something like Jumpluff. The power is definitely why it's good, which explains its many uses. The spread attack could even help in some situations too. Well, Mismagius is good that's for sure.:thumb:

I think this card fits well into several different decks. I prefer it to Gardevoir from PL for the Power, since it's easier to field. (It'll allow me to streamline my Styx deck too!)

Psychic Pulse isn't a terrible attack in a pinch either, but you obviously have to watch out for Nidoqueen.
