Well didn't have much time on the internet the other day, so let's see...Shuckle from HGSS, yet another poorly made card that doesn't see play. Statwise 60 HP is average for a Basic, x2 Weakness to :water: is meh, no Resistance is common, and :colorless: to Retreat is cheap. Fermenting Liquid itself is a nice Poke-Body for any Pokemon but Shuckle, letting you draw a card whenever you attach an Energy to it. Though why you'd want to waste Energy on Shuckle is beyond me...his only attack, Shell Stunner, is pretty bad at :grass::colorless: for a weak 20 and a 50/50 chance to avoid damage during your opponent's next turn.
Modified - 1/10 (I really don't see any reason to use this honestly...there are far better cards for starting, attacking with, and drawing more cards)
Limited - 7/10 (Considering the dearth of draw effects here, Fermenting Liquid is nice if you can afford to waste a few Energy on Shuckle)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here, just plain horrible)
