Uhmmm... now that all of the decent starters have left the party (except smeargle and skarmory for scizor decks) the format is going to rely on stalling the inevitable... so for no weakness and free retreat you can have a GREAT disruption card while your opponent is annoyed to sparta with the shifting energies.
Also, if you slap down an electivire, pachirisu, and a shaymin (or some energy switches w/e) you could be doing 50 damage to each pokemon w/ energies on their side... spread deck! wOOt!
