its pretty good but with lost world comin out 5/10

Hahahah WOWWW is this what COTDs are going to turn into???
I want to see a "It's pretty good but lost world is comin out 5/10" post on every post now just for lolz.....

The only real bad thing about it is the low HP. Otherwsie, it has a great bottom attack that pairs well with the already potent Vileplume MD. 5/10.

100 HP is below average
+30 fire weakness is not good, but could be worse
Resistance is always nice
Retreat cost is ok
The first attack is alright, but nothing special
Second attack could swing 2 for 100 max but more realistically 60-80 which is decent
No chance of ever seeing competitive play but it has novelty appeal
6/10

Today's CotD is Bellossom from LA...bleh, to think this was once a rush alternative to Beedrill. Statwise 100 HP is horrible for a Stage 2 (30 below average), +30 Weakness to :fire: is eh, -20 Resistance to :water: is good, and :colorless: to Retreat is cheap. Parallel Gain is nice for :grass:, dealing a solid 30 and healing a damage counter off all of your Pokemon. Blend Pollen is ok for :grass::colorless:, dealing a weak base 40, but dealing 20 more for each Bellossom and Vileplume you have out in play, plus a 50/50 chance to Burn on top of it. But yeah...the HP just really makes it too frail to rush with this and the evos.

Modified - 2/10 (Wasn't used much when it would have been good, slow and dead nowdays)
Limited - 4/10 (Sure if you get an entire deck made out of these and their evos it'd be fun, but that's not practical)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here, horrible HP and so-so attacks)

Seriously? We're gonna factor in a deck mechanic that hasn't even been released yet?! Good God, people. Bellossoplume has every chance of doing well.

8/10 from me. Good attacks, and Vileplume ud (which is a major component of today's meta locking decks) is perfect with it. Screw the lost zone. Gimmicky crap.

it cant put pokemon in the lost zone
0/10

obv you parallel gain for roflwall and blend pollen so you dont get caught by starbucks and shop for purses

It's not that bad of a card, really. Expert Belt puts the HP at 120, which is manageable, and with that out Pollen already does 80, and if you play Vileplume locks on your bench you have 100, and 120. Play with Cherrim or even more Vileplume locks and you can do well against decks that aren't prepared or don't have Blaziken in them.

6/10

Anyone remember when Vileplume was confirmed?
"ZOMG ZOMG BELLOSOM WITH THIS IS SO AWESUM"
This got overhyped.
However, 30 for 1 isn't bad, the weakness isn't bad (but gets OHKOed by Blaze FB X).
The retreat is alright, but the HP is terrible for a Stage 2.

But if played right, has the potential to deal loads of damage very fast. Just the HP is the problem.
7/10

I think the only negative aspect of this card is his ugly HP... so, what can we do to help a GRASS pokemon to RAISE IT'S HP? isn't there something that can add some hps to him other than xprt belt? Gosh, I wish there was some kind of flowered-pig-shaped pokemon...

xD

I don't know what some of you guys are talking about.
First, I give this card at least an 8/10.

Why?
PLEASE Make a deck with it.
4 Sableye,
2-2 Sunflora,
3 of these and 2 Vileplume UD.
4 Rescues.

This actually works MUCH better than all you guys are thinking. I understand the HP is horribad.. But with Rescue and BTS you can easily hit 120 per turn.
I also know that with lost world coming out. It would do nothing. But right now, you guys are severely underrating this cards playability.
