Forget eviolite, for now this card is the play for cities. 8/10 in mostly everything, 9/10 in Gatr Kyurem.

Your trolling right? And I don't think this card is too good. Eviolite is MUCH better, considering basics are ruling the format. 5/10

Today's CotD is Rocky Helmet from NV, a petty nifty Tool. When attached, it deals 2 damage counters to any opposing Pokemon attacking the Pokemon with it attached, which at the least can give some opponents pause. Only problem is, where do you fit it in...and if your main attacker is a Basic like Reshiram or Zekrom, then you have to weigh its slight bit of damage over the saving potential of Eviolite.

Modified - 5/10 (It's nice, but the main trouble is fitting it in a deck)
Limited - 10/10 (No reason not to use it quite frankly, free damage is always good)
Unlimited - 1/10 (No use here, better options)

this card can replace eviolite in some decks. it goes well with druddigon, doing a combined total of 40 damage just for getting hit.
