1st! This card, is another reprint from unleashed, but lets reveiw it anyway, Stardust song, isnt great, timehollow, unless they have so much damage on them, that they get knocked out in the basic/stage 1 thing, then its useless, they just re-evolve next turn,HP bad, weakness, bad, retreat, is ok. Playability: 2/10 Art: 6/10

Ah, the little guy that comes from nowhere.

In limited it can be a fun tech for decks running psychic energyu, drop him near the end of the game, hope ot hit one or two heads, and level down the damaged bench on the other side for the game.

Limited: 6/10 (one of the best "fun" techs in this format, and lots of usable evolutions with low hp basics/stage1)
Modified: 3/10 (A fun tech in lostgar, that nobody really sees coming.)
Unlimited: 1/10 (even alph lithograph is more useful here)

Today's COTD is Jirachi from the Call of Legends expansion. 60HP is terrifying for a non-evolving basic, weakness doesn't make it better as Shuppet can OHKO this, and the Retreat Cost is OK.
Its Poké-Power, Stardust Song, activates when you play Jirachi onto your bench. It lets you flip 3 coins. For each heads, you get to attach a :psychic: energy from your discard pile to Jirachi.
Its only attack, Time Hollow, has nice synergy with Stardust Song. For each :psychic: energy attached to Jirachi, you remove the highest stage evolution card from one of your Opponent's Pokémon, and put it in your Opponent's hand. So what? you may ask. Well, say your Opponent's Flaafy has 20 HP left. You downgrade it to a Mareep, and its KO'd.

Modified: 8/10- This card goes great in spread decks!
Limited: 4/10- Wait, why are you discarding :psychic: energy anyway?

Again Mr. Fish running late...here we have yesterday's CotD Jirachi from CL, a rather interesting card. Statwise 60 HP is average for a Basic, x2 Weakness to :psychic: is bad, no Resistance is common, and :colorless: to Retreat is cheap. Stardust Song is decent for its Poke-Power, letting you flip 3 coins and letting you grab a :psychic: Energy out of your discard to be put onto Jirachi for each Heads when you play Jirachi onto your bench. Time Hallow then acts essentially as a mass devolutioner, letting you pick a number of your opponent's Stage 1 and Stage 2 Pokemon equal to the amount of Energy on Jirachi and putting them back into your opponent's hand, all for :psychic:. A well timed Jirachi can definitely cripple opposing decks, especially if you're running spread.

Modified - 6/10 (Useful for some decks, kinda bad for others)
Limited - 1/10 (I'd avoid using it here, Time Hallow won't likely be nearly as effective since you want their one copy of a Stage 1 or 2 to die and go to the discard instead of being recycled to their hand for potential reuse)
Unlimited - 1/10 (Better Trainer effects over Time Hallow)
